Terms and Conditions for Reservations

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between SPA Hotel Persenk and the hotel guests with regard to the services provided.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

1.1. You can make a reservation at SPA Hotel Persenk in one of the following ways:

1.2. After we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability of accommodation.

1.3. A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to the email address you have provided. It will describe the type and number of reserved rooms, the check-in and check-out dates, the number and age of the guests specified in the reservation request, as well as the total amount due. Please review this information carefully and contact us if any corrections are needed.

1.4. At the hotel’s discretion, a 50% deposit of the total reservation cost may be required as a guarantee. Payment must be made within 5 (five) days after our email is sent (unless otherwise agreed), but no later than 3 days before check-in. The remaining balance of your reservation is payable at the hotel.

1.5. Upon receipt of the advance payment, your reservation is considered valid and CONFIRMED.

1.6. If no payment is received within the specified period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

1.7. By making a reservation at SPA Hotel Persenk, the client is deemed to have read and accepted these general terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1. A reservation can be canceled in one of the following ways:

2.2. For cancellations of a confirmed reservation (excluding holiday packages) made 14 (fourteen) or more days before the check-in date, no cancellation fee will be charged.

2.3. For cancellations of a confirmed reservation (excluding holiday packages) made less than 7 (seven) days before the check-in date, or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first night for each reserved room (already paid as a deposit) will be charged.

2.4. For cancellations of confirmed reservations under a package offer made less than 7 (seven) days before the check-in date, or in case of no-show, the prepaid amount for the reservation will not be refunded, and the reservation will be considered canceled.

2.5. For cancellations of confirmed reservations under a holiday package made less than 20 (twenty) days before the check-in date, or in case of no-show, the prepaid amount for the reservation will not be refunded, and the reservation will be considered canceled.

2.6. SPA Hotel Persenk reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in cases of force majeure or other circumstances beyond the hotelier’s control. In such cases, the hotel will:

Offer alternative accommodation for another period under the same terms and prices, or
Refund the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receiving a written cancellation request, without owing any compensation.

2.7. The above cancellation conditions for holiday packages are valid unless otherwise specified in the specific package.

3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS

3.1. Check-in and check-out times:

Check-in: after 14:00
Check-out: by 12:00

Late check-out until 6:00 PM is available upon prior request and subject to availability on the day of departure.
An additional fee of 30% of the overnight rate for the selected package will apply.

4. PET POLICY

A pet fee of BGN 80 / €40.90 per night applies, plus a one-time deep cleaning and disinfection fee of BGN 80 / €40.90 upon departure.

The hotel allows a maximum of one pet per room/apartment, weighing up to 8 kg. The use of pet diapers is recommended. By bringing a pet, during check in time, the owner agrees in written to the following conditions:

4.1. Pets are not permitted in any food and beverage outlets or their adjacent areas.

4.2. Pets are not permitted in the hotel’s inner courtyard.

4.3. Pets are not permitted in swimming pools or the spa center.

4.4. Housekeeping service will be provided only when the pet is not present in the room and must be scheduled in advance at the reception desk.

4.5. Room check-out must be carried out in the presence of both the guest and a hotel staff member.

4.6. Any damage caused by the pet will be charged to the owner at the market value, as determined by the hotel reception.

Collection, Processing, and Transfer of Personal Data:

Card Data and Authentication Data:

We do not have access to your card data. It is processed only by your servicing bank.
We do not have access to your authentication data. It is stored only by your card issuer.
Security during the entry and transfer of card data is ensured through SSL encryption between your device and the bank’s payment page.
The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code.

Additionally, for identifying you as the cardholder, the payment server of our bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode – if you are registered to use them.

SPA Hotel Persenk Ltd., as the owner of www.persenk.eu, will never ask you to provide your credit card details (including type, number, CVC code, expiration date, or cardholder name). These data will only be requested by the bank via a secure online payment form.

Upon Check-in at SPA Hotel Persenk:

We collect only the legally required personal data specified by the Bulgarian Ministry of Tourism under Art. 116, para. 1 of the Tourism Act, namely:

Personal Identification Number (PIN) or Foreigner’s ID Number;
Full name (in Cyrillic for Bulgarian citizens, in Latin for foreigners);
Date of birth;
Gender;
Nationality;
ID card or valid identity document number;
Issuing country.

Providing these personal data is mandatory for accommodation.
